The PHO Community
The PHO Community is a space for exchange and development among physicians, built on a simple proposal: share real experiences from professional practice and the projects being built on a day-to-day basis.
What happens within the community stems from my own experience.
I share what I am doing, how I am structuring my projects, which decisions I am making, which tools I am using, the challenges I encounter, the adjustments I need to make, and the learning that emerges along the way.
This is not about presenting a ready-made formula or claiming that there is only one path for a medical career.
You follow the behind-the-scenes of what is being built in practice.
Based on these experiences, we open space for conversations, questions, different perspectives, and exchanges among physicians who are at different moments in their trajectories.
I do not teach a trajectory that has already ended. I share a trajectory that is happening.
What happens within the community
The weekly meetings stem from situations, decisions, and real experiences I am living in building my professional practice and my projects.
Topics discussed include:
Current scenario in medicine
I share my perception and my experiences in the face of the transformations I am following in the medical market and the decisions they provoke in practice.
Telemedicine
I show how telemedicine is being structured and used in my work: appointment organisation, patient experience, processes, tools, challenges, and learning.
Routine, autonomy, and quality of life
We discuss how I am organising my professional routine, the choices I make, the challenges I encounter, and what I am learning in pursuit of more sustainable practice.
Regulation and legal security
I share the regulatory and legal issues that arise in building my projects, the structures I am implementing, and the decisions I am making to develop these activities responsibly.
Positioning and digital presence
I show, in practice, how I am building my digital presence, producing content, organising communication strategies, and positioning my work.
Structuring medical projects and businesses
I share the behind-the-scenes of creating and organising projects: decisions, processes, tools, organisation, suppliers, strategies, and adjustments made throughout development.
Real experience is at the centre
The proposal of the community is not to transform my experience into a recipe that everyone should follow.
Each physician has a different reality, objectives, resources, specialty, and professional moment.
Therefore, what I present within the community should be understood as experience report and practice sharing, not as a universal formula.
You can observe what I am doing, understand the reasons behind my decisions, question, exchange experiences, and identify what may, or may not, make sense for your own reality.
You do not receive a ready-made path. You follow someone building their own path and can learn from the process.
For physicians at different career stages
The community is not intended for a specific career stage.
It is for physicians with an active CRM, regardless of whether they are starting, consolidating their practice, seeking changes, developing new projects, or simply wanting to broaden their professional vision.
What unites the participants is not the career moment.
It is the interest in continuing to learn, exchange experiences, and discover different possibilities for practice in medicine.
How the meetings work
Weekly live meetings
We meet weekly via videoconference, in meetings of approximately 1 hour.
Topics are presented based on the experiences and projects I am living at that moment.
Behind-the-scenes in real time
You follow the development of projects as they happen.
This means that challenges, doubts, changes of direction, mistakes, adjustments, and learning that arise during the process are also part of the community.
Exchange between physicians
There is space for questions, discussions, and sharing of experiences among participants.
Each physician's experience can contribute to broadening everyone's vision.
Interaction during the week
In addition to the meetings, participants have a space for interaction to continue conversations, share experiences, and maintain contact with the community.

Following a real experience is different from watching a ready-made formula.
Here, you see what is being built, while it is being built.
The decisions, the challenges, the adjustments, the learning, and the results are part of the shared experience.
My experience is the starting point. The exchange among physicians is what transforms this experience into community.
