Telemedicine

Care starts here, the care I want you to receive!

Watch the video, as it presents how my consultation will be.

Each stage of my care was designed so that your contact with me is more than a video call, and becomes a personalized consultation for your context.

When you schedule an appointment, I set aside dedicated time to understand and study your case. I gather and analyze in advance the information you share about your health: medical history, exams, reports, prescriptions, medications in use and other relevant documents.

I believe that a good telemedicine consultation begins before the video call.

When I receive your history and answers from the clinical form, I have the opportunity to know the information in advance that you chose to share about your health.

Based on that, I study the available data, identify the points that deserve greater attention and organize what needs to be explored further during our conversation.

This way, when our consultation begins, I don't start from zero.

I already know your story and I arrive prepared to listen to you.

During the consultation

When the consultation begins, the most important thing is to listen to you and seek to understand what brought you to the consultation and what needs to be investigated or cared for at that moment.

The initial consultation lasts up to 1 hour, with space for careful and detailed case history, genuine listening, and individualized clinical evaluation.

From this, we define the next steps in a shared manner, considering not only the medical findings, but also your context and your needs, and I present you with the diagnostic and therapeutic possibilities.

When clinically indicated, additional tests may be requested or referrals for specialized evaluation may be made.

I don't see only isolated symptoms. I see your story behind them.

What guides my care

Generalist medical perspective

As a generalist physician, I seek to understand the person as a whole. Considering medical history, medications, habits, symptoms, exams, life context and the different factors that may be related to your health status. Making connections between the data presented, analyzing them to better guide you.

Evidence-based medicine

The guidance and conduct are grounded in available and current scientific knowledge, always considering the particularities of your case.

Scientific evidence and individualization are not opposing concepts: the best conduct is one that, in addition to having scientific support, is appropriate to the clinical reality of the person before me.

Shared decision-making

Medicine should not be a one-sided conversation.

I explain what we are investigating, what the possibilities are and what paths can be considered.

Within what is clinically appropriate, decisions are built in a clear and shared manner, so that you understand not only what to do, but also why we are doing it.

Follow-up beyond the consultation

Care does not end when the video call ends.

The initial consultation includes a follow-up of up to 1 hour, within 45 business days.

This moment allows me to re-evaluate your progress, discuss exam results, clarify questions that may have arisen after the consultation and review the conduct when clinically necessary.
