PHO Community

The PHO Community

The PHO Community is a space for exchange and development among physicians, built on a simple proposal: share real experiences from professional practice and projects being built day to day.

What happens within the community stems from my own experience.

I share what I'm doing, how I'm structuring my projects, what decisions I'm making, what tools I'm using, the challenges I encounter, the adjustments I need to make, and the learning that emerges along the way.

It's not about presenting a ready-made formula or claiming there's only one path for a medical career.

You get to see behind the scenes of what's being built in practice.

Based on these experiences, we open space for conversations, questions, different perspectives, and exchanges among physicians experiencing different moments in their careers.

I don't teach a trajectory that's already finished. I share a trajectory that's happening right now.

What happens within the community

Weekly meetings stem from real situations, decisions, and experiences I'm living in building my professional practice and projects.

Among the topics discussed are:

Current state of medicine

I share my perception and experiences in the face of transformations I'm witnessing in the medical market and the decisions they prompt in practice.

Telemedicine

I show how telemedicine is being structured and used in my practice: appointment organization, patient experience, processes, tools, challenges, and learning.

Routine, autonomy, and quality of life

We discuss how I'm organizing my professional routine, the choices I make, challenges encountered, and what I'm learning in pursuit of more sustainable practice.

Regulation and legal security

I share the regulatory and legal issues that arise in building my projects, the structures I'm implementing, and the decisions I'm making to develop these activities responsibly.

Positioning and digital presence

I show, in practice, how I'm building my digital presence, producing content, organizing communication strategies, and positioning my work.

Structuring medical projects and businesses

I share the behind-the-scenes of project creation and organization: decisions, processes, tools, organization, suppliers, strategies, and adjustments made throughout development.

Real experience is at the center

The community's proposal is not to transform my experience into a recipe everyone should follow.

Each physician has a different reality, objectives, resources, specialty, and professional moment.

Therefore, what I present within the community should be understood as experience report and practice sharing, not as a universal formula.

You can observe what I'm doing, understand the reasons behind my decisions, question, exchange experiences, and identify what may or may not make sense for your own reality.

You don't receive a ready-made path. You follow someone building their own path and can learn from the process.

For physicians at different career stages

The community is not designated for a specific career stage.

It's for physicians with active CRM, regardless of whether they're starting out, consolidating their practice, seeking changes, developing new projects, or simply wanting to expand their professional vision.

What unites participants is not the career moment.

It's the interest in continuing to learn, exchange experiences, and discover different possibilities for medical practice.

How the meetings work

Weekly live meetings

We meet weekly via videoconference, in meetings of approximately 1 hour.

Topics are presented based on the experiences and projects I'm living at that time.

Behind-the-scenes in real time

You follow the development of projects as they happen.

This means the community also includes challenges, doubts, course changes, mistakes, adjustments, and learning that emerge during the process.

Exchange among physicians

There is space for questions, discussions, and experience sharing among participants.

Each physician's experience can contribute to broadening everyone's vision.

Interaction during the week

Beyond the meetings, participants have a space for interaction to continue conversations, share experiences, and maintain contact with the community.

Following a real experience is different from watching a ready-made formula.

Here, you see what's being built while it's being built.

The decisions, challenges, adjustments, learning, and results are part of the shared experience.

My experience is the starting point. Exchange among physicians is what transforms this experience into community.
